More Than a Food Truck Club
Rolling Bites Alliance was founded in Henry County, Georgia with a simple but powerful idea: food trucks and mobile vendors are small business owners who deserve greater visibility, stronger connections, and consistent opportunities to grow.
We organize community events, connect vendors with event hosts, advocate for mobile food entrepreneurs, and give back to the communities that support us. As a nonprofit organization, we reinvest our resources into member support, community events, organizational growth, and charitable initiatives.
Today, with 30+ member trucks and mobile vendors and a growing roster of community and corporate partners, Rolling Bites Alliance is building one of Henry County’s most connected networks of food trucks and mobile vendors — and we’re just getting started. Our motto, "United by Food. Driven by Community." reflects who we are. United by Food represents the diversity of our members and the passion they bring to every event. Driven by Community reflects our commitment to supporting local businesses, organizations, and neighborhoods throughout the communities we serve.
